Order your watch on kronos360.com then choose your secured payment option (by card, by bank transfer…)
2. Payment verification
When your order is confirmed, Kronos 360 proceeds to verification of the payment. This step can take up to two days.
3. Workshop expertise and order preparation
After your payment has been verified, our expert team makes last verifications of the watch and puts the watch under seal. The watch is then conveyed by a secured transporter and delivered personally to you. Depending on your location, this process can take up to several days.
*the shipment is made 48 hours after the validation, the verification of the payment and our expert’s team validation of the watch. There will be no orders made outside of these procedures

14 day return withdrawal procedure**
1. Check your package as soon as it arrives
When you receive the package make sure to check it right away before signing the delivery form
2. If the watch is faithful to your expectations, take off the seal , and enjoy wearing it
Our products are being delivered with a seal. We trongly advise you to check the product before removing it breaking this seal will cancel the withdrawal possibility. To verify that your product has arrived in the best conditions, check the glass, the bracelet and the box of the watch and try to check its functionality. If you have any doubt be sure to call us Our team is here for you
3. Workshop expertise and order preparation
At the reception of the package, you have a 14 day withdrawal period if it does not meet your expectations It is important that you notify us by mail at contact@kronos 360 com and that you return the watch with its unbroken seal
**To benefit of a refund , the watch cannot be worn by the client, and it has to be shipped back with its seal unbroken . find more details in our Terms and Conditions).
